The residential building is embedded in a densely populated area, which posed many challenges to conventional construction processes. The chosen solution is to prepare the walls of the house in the factory and install them on site. All this made it possible to effectively and smoothly hand over the keys to the owner of the house in just three months from the beginning of digging in front of the neighbors' fence. The bright, spacious interior fully met the client's expectations.
